Warranty Policy

This warranty policy applies to product(s) purchased from Power Pack.

Warranty Claims Conditions:

1. Proof of Purchase

  • Customers must provide the original invoice issued at the time of purchase.
  • The invoice must show that there are no outstanding balances for the warranty to remain valid.

2. Notification of Defects

  • Customers must immediately notify Power Pack upon discovering any defect.
  • Delayed notification may impact the eligibility of the warranty claim.

3. Documentation Requirements

Customers may be asked to provide:
  • Serial numbers
  • Photographs of the defective battery.
  • Other related documents to support the warranty claim.

4. Warranty Coverage

  • The battery is covered under warranty for the specified period of time from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the performance of the battery.

5. Warranty Void Conditions:

  1. The warranty will be void under the following circumstances:
  2.  Evidence of misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation.
  3. If the warranty seal is broken, damaged, or tampered with.
  4. Claims submitted after the warranty period will not be accepted.
  5. If outstanding payments are not cleared, the warranty will be cancelled.
  6. Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, chemicals, or other harsh environments is not covered.
  7. Using the battery in applications or environments not recommended by Power Pack.
  8. Storing the battery outside the specified temperature range or under excessive humidity conditions.
  9. Sustained overcharging or deep discharging beyond recommended levels.
  10. If the battery undergoes unauthorized repairs, DIY fixes, or replacement with non-original components.
  11. Additionally, servicing performed by unauthorized technicians or service centers.
  12. Damage due to accidents, natural disasters, power surges, fires, floods, or other uncontrollable events are excluded from warranty coverage.
  13. Additionally, if the customer uses low-quality or unreliable logistics services and the battery is mishandled—resulting in damage to the battery or its components—the warranty will be considered void and such damage will not be covered under warranty.

6. Changes to Warranty

Power Pack reserves the right to modify warranty terms at any time without prior notice.
