Terms And Conditions
These terms and conditions applies to all products purchased from Power Pack.
1. Products and Information
- All product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time based on availability or policy updates.
2. Order Placement and Confirmation
- Order placement constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance is subject to inventory availability and payment verification.
- Orders will be confirmed through email or phone call after payment verification.
3. Payment Terms
- Customers are required to make full payment via bank deposit into the official company account.
- Full payment must be received before the order is processed, dispatched, or installed.
- Our bank account details will be provided upon checkout and/or invoice generation.
- The company shall not be held responsible for any loss of payment, errors, delays, or glitches, that occur during the payment process.
4. Pricing and Taxes
- All product prices are exclusive of any consumables or materials other than the product itself.
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Ownership and Transfer of Goods
- All products remain the property of Power Pack until full payment of the invoice and any applicable charges is received.
6. Delivery Scheduling and Timeline
- Delivery is subject to stock availability and operational logistics.
- Delivery Timelines:
◦ Karachi: 2–5 working days.
◦ Other Cities: 5–7 working days. - While we strive to meet delivery estimates, exact dates cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control.
7. Shipping Responsibility
- If a product is found defective due to mishandling during transportation, Power Pack will bear the shipping costs for returning the battery.
- For warranty-based replacements, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
8. Installation Conditions
- Installation services are available in Karachi, Hyderabad, Lahore, Sargodha, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Chach, Hazro, Attock.
- Installation will only proceed once full payment is received.
- Any materials or consumables used during the installation process will be charged separately.
- Delays in payment may cause corresponding delays in delivery and installation schedules.
9. After-Sales Service
- After-sales service visits are chargeable and are not included in the purchase price of the product.
- Service fees will apply for post-installation support unless it is directly related to a product manufacturing defect.
- All after-sales services will be provided at the company’s premises. The company is not obligated to replace any part or product at the client’s location. In case of product replacement delivery charges on either end will be entertained by the customer.
10. Liability and Warranty
- Power Pack is liable only for defects in its own products.
- Warratny will be void, if;
◦ Damage caused by inverters or other third-party equipment.
◦ Improper installation by unauthorized technicians.
◦ Unsafe mounting, environmental conditions, or misuse.
◦ Any alteration in the product. - Post-installation, if faults arise due to third-party interventions or customer changes, additional service charges will apply.
11. Refunds and Warranty Claims
• Pre-Delivery Refunds: If a product has not yet been delivered, customers are eligible for a full refund upon request.
• Change of Mind: Refunds for change of mind are not available once the product has been delivered.
• Non-Refundable Items: Products that are customized or specially tailored to the customer’s requirements are non- refundable, unless a technical defect is identified and verified by our team.
• Missing Parts and Deductions: If a returned product is missing accessories, packaging, or documentation, a deduction will be applied to the refunded amount based on the assessed impact on the product’s resale value.
• Warranty claims are subject to our Warranty Terms.
• Proof of purchase and compliance with usage guidelines are necessary for processing any claim.
• In case of payment refund, the payment will be processed for the time frame of 1-4 weeks.
• Change of Mind: Refunds for change of mind are not available once the product has been delivered.
• Non-Refundable Items: Products that are customized or specially tailored to the customer’s requirements are non- refundable, unless a technical defect is identified and verified by our team.

- Exceptional cases may be reviewed and handled individually, based on the circumstances
beyond the general policy framework. - All final decisions regarding exceptions or policy interpretation will be made and executed
solely by the company.
